Hi, I'm Jeff Bajczyk. I joined the School Board mid-term during the 2009/2010 school year. My wife Cara and I have two sons in St. Paul School, Jared, now in grade three, and Evan in grade two. My parents taught me, by example, to always be involved and to contribute time and talent in areas where my input would be of some value. My Scouting experiences from when I was younger reinforced that philosophy. I'm now the new Cubmaster for Cub Scout Pack 135, chartered through our Parish, as well as a Religious Emblems Counselor for Scouting. I work as a maintenance mechanic/technician and will use that background as the new liaison between the School Board and the Parish Building and Grounds Committee. One of the motivating factors that helped me decide to accept a School Board position was in having the opportunity to have a personal stake in the decision making process of our children's education here at St, Paul. I wanted to be able to have some input in how, and more importantly "what", our children were being taught in this ever-changing educational and secular environment we live in. As a new School Board member I feel that I am now part of a team of individuals with similar goals, but of diverse opinions and backgrounds, and that as a group we function very well together in our efforts to assure our children the best Catholic education possible.
