The Program
St. Paul's After School Care is designed to provide a fun, safe environment for students of St. Paul Catholic School who need care following the traditional school day. Having this program on-site alleviates the inconvenience of busing children to a different location for care at the close of the school day. The program will provide children with outside or gym play, homework time, quiet study space, games, and age appropriate activities. A snack and drink will also be provided each day. A caring and attentive staff person will be with the children each afternoon and will work with the After School Care Director and the school principal to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for all children.
After School Care will be available each day that school is in session from 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM and on Early Release Days from 12:15 PM - 6:00 PM. Early Release Day sessions will be dependent upon a minimum of five attendees to be held. St. Paul's After School Care does not provide care on days school is not in session.
Payment and Scheduling
Fees are paid in advance of care. Enrolled families will complete a monthly calendar indicating the days and times their child or children will attend After School Care and turn it in to the program director by the 15th of the preceding month. Families will then receive an invoice and payment is due on the 1st of the month of service.

Drop In Care
Drop in care is available on short notice, only if staffing allows for the addition. Two weeks notice is requested. Emergency drop ins are subject to approval of the Director, and a minimum of 24 hour notice would be appreciated. Standard care rates apply to all care. The registration fee will be assessed upon the first use of services. All required paperwork must be on file prior to the use of services.
